In order to ensure all your needs are addressed, please CALL US to make an appointment.

When booking an appointment, please let us know what you’d like to come in for:

  • Complete Exam (& xrays)

  • Emergency or Limited Exam (problem focused, limited xrays)

  • Checkup/Cleaning

During the registration process, we will need to collect contact information from you in order to confirm your appointment later on.

If you plan on using insurance, it can help expedite the process if you can provide us with the insurance information that you will be using prior to your appointment as well.

We cannot send any claims for you if your insurance has not been verified first. In order for claims to be processed, all insurance information needs to be up to date on the day of service - because of this, we make attempts to verify your information one business day before your appointment. Within 24 hours of your visit, we will reach out to you to confirm your appointment via phone call or text message and we will also let you know if there were any problems verifying the insurance with the information that was provided.

The time for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you in order to minimize exposure and keep everyone safe.

Because of this, please note that all appointments need to be confirmed via text or phone call prior to scheduled date or your appointment may be considered cancelled if left unconfirmed.
